Commercial Assistant – Responsibilities and Competencies **General Responsibility** Provide support to the commercial management team in project and sales process management, ensuring compliance with technical, administrative, and contractual requirements, as well as timely tracking of proposals and execution of services. **Specific Responsibilities** Organize and maintain up-to-date technical specifications and commercial documentation. Review business opportunities on platforms such as SEACE. Sort and validate administrative and technical documents for tender processes. Verify compliance with requirements stipulated in tender documents. Track commercial proposals submitted to clients. Coordinate meetings to report progress and pending items with involved departments. Monitor project and service delivery deadlines. Support the development and control of work schedules.
