Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized intern to manage communication, client relations, and commercial support, with growth potential. Key Highlights: 1. Ideally, a student of Architecture, though related fields are also considered. * **What will you do?** \* Manage the company’s various communication channels: WhatsApp, social media, email, and other contact methods. \* Serve as one of the primary points of contact for our clients and represent AED’s image. \* Identify client needs, gather information, and follow up on each commercial opportunity. \* Prepare and send quotations and budgets. \* Follow up with clients and quotations to ensure no opportunity is missed. \* Register and organize leads in Trello. \* Coordinate with architecture, design, and production teams to prepare proposals. \* Support daily commercial activities. * **We would like you to know or be interested in:** Commercial architecture, exhibition stands, modular systems, retail, furniture, materials and finishes—such as Corian, Krion, MDF, melamine, Formica, glass, structures, lighting, and flooring. Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, budgeting, and take-offs is also valued. You don’t need to master all of these.
