Job Summary: A prominent women's fashion company is seeking a Community Manager to develop digital content strategies, produce graphic assets, and monitor social media metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and execute creative campaigns with strong aesthetic sense. 2. Develop content strategies for various digital platforms. 3. Manage relationships with influencers to generate content. MISS LADY EIRL, a leading women's fashion company with over 10 years in the market, is looking for the following profile: COMMUNITY MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields. \- Studies in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising. \- Experience using social media platforms and proficiency with enterprise-level tools for such platforms. \- Knowledge of the fashion industry (experience working at a fashion company / preferred). \- Basic proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator). \- Ability to design creative campaigns with strong aesthetic sense for various platforms. \- Proficiency in managing social media accounts. \- Passion for branding, creativity, and strong aesthetic sense. o Full-time availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Develop and maintain a content calendar and posting schedule across various social media platforms and communication channels, both ATL and BTL. \- Produce graphic assets (photos and/or videos) according to the proposed calendar for different platforms (Reels, Stories, Posts, etc.). \- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), such as visibility, engagement, interactions, etc. \- Regularly present results and improvement plans. \- Propose promotions, discounts, and other sales-driving activities aligned with the calendar. \- Build an influencer marketing portfolio and establish ongoing relationships with influencers to consistently generate content.
