Position Summary: We are seeking a Community Relations Officer to strengthen relationships with communities and stakeholders, and to manage and prevent conflicts in an energy project. Professional development in the energy sector We are looking for a professional to fill the position of **Community Relations Officer**, who will be responsible for contributing to strengthening relationships with communities and stakeholders associated with the project. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, Law, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy, infrastructure, mining, or construction sectors. * Knowledge of the local social environment and dynamics, including rural communities, local organizations and customs, as well as community engagement practices in rural contexts. * Experience handling, recording, and following up on inquiries, requests, complaints, and claims from stakeholders. * Experience in social conflict management and prevention. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Availability to work under a project-based employment regime.
