Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and passionate Community Manager and Content Creator who loves social media and is responsible for generating visual and strategic content for various platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Creating trending social media content 2. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools 3. Strategic management of digital marketing and social media advertising REQUIREMENTS: . Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Community Manager or Content Creator. . Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) (PREFERRED). . Proficiency in CapCut. . Experience using social media advertising tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Studio. . Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, advertising, organic growth, and paid social media campaigns. . Creative, innovative, with passion for social media and digital trends. . Experience designing banners, logos, and Instagram posts. . Creativity in developing visual content. . Knowledge of current design and video trends on social media. . Teamwork skills. . Residency in La Victoria or adjacent districts. RESPONSIBILITIES: . Creating trending social media content. . Monitoring the company's social media accounts. . Implementing strategies to attract new followers across different platforms. . Managing daily social media posts. . Creating and reviewing social media content (Instagram/Facebook and TikTok). . Taking and editing photos and videos. . Hosting live sessions. . Creating brand posts and stories. Employment Type: Full-time On-site Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM–1 PM Salary: S/1600 and above Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site Employment
