Job Summary: We are seeking technicians to perform maintenance work on cable, telephone, or internet installations, with paid training. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for career progression and profit-sharing On behalf of our client, the company CICSA, we are currently recruiting INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS WITH A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE (CLASS A1) AND NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE. **What will you do? You will be responsible for performing maintenance work on cable, telephone, or internet installations.** Requirements: * Technicians with/without experience (if no prior experience, you will receive one month of paid training) * Completed secondary education * Valid driver's license (Class A1) Benefits: * **One month of paid training (S/1300 soles)** * **Full payroll enrollment from the first day of work** * **Base salary of 1300 soles** * **300 soles attendance bonus** * **900 soles welcome bonus (300 soles paid over the first three months = 900 soles)** * **Average monthly commissions of 1500 soles for installations** * **Career progression path** * **Company profit-sharing** Schedule and Routes: * Six days per week, one day off, working hours from 9 am to 6 pm. * Installations are assigned by district, near your residence. The interview and training will take place at the company's base in Villa El Salvador. If the candidate resides in distant districts, free accommodation will be provided during the one-month training period.
