Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good condition. **Job Objective** Provide safe, responsible, and efficient transportation services for the company by transporting staff, customers, documents, materials, and other assets necessary for the real estate company’s operations, ensuring proper use, preservation, and maintenance of the corporate vehicle. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Operate the corporate vehicle safely and responsibly, complying with traffic regulations. * Transport management, company staff, customers, and other authorized users as required by the organization. * Conduct transportation to real estate projects, business meetings, and other locations related to company activities. * Transport company documents, contracts, materials, equipment, or other assets, ensuring their proper custody. * Maintain the vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition. * Periodically inspect the vehicle’s condition, including fuel, oil, tires, lights, battery, and other essential components. * Promptly report any malfunction, defect, accident, incident, or maintenance requirement concerning the vehicle. * Adhere to company-established routes and schedules. * Provide courteous, respectful, and professional service to customers and colleagues during transportation. * Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding any information learned during the course of duties. * Comply with the company’s internal policies, procedures, and directives. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed secondary education. * Defensive driving or road safety training courses are desirable. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional driver or corporate driver. **License:** * Valid driver’s license corresponding to the assigned vehicle type. * No serious penalties or records that could impede satisfactory job performance. Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
