Job Summary: We are seeking internal security personnel to safeguard the well-being of building occupants with kindness and discretion. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the building's first line of defense 2. Fosters an environment of kindness, respect, and service 3. Handles risk situations with sound judgment We are looking for you! Internal building security personnel who interact with sound judgment and treat occupants with kindness, respect, and service; promptly report all incidents that may endanger occupants or building equipment. Safeguards the physical safety of occupants; the Concierge serves as the first line of defense during emergencies such as theft, fire, flooding, or earthquake. Requirements: \- Prior experience in concierge or security roles. \- Strong communication skills \- Teamwork orientation \- Discretion and confidentiality \- Professional appearance \- Attention to property owners Responsibilities: \- Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM \- Immediately report any incident to management \- Complete daily incident reports \- Monitor and enforce building regulations and cohabitation rules Benefits: \- Bonus + CTS + 15 days of vacation \- Immediate payroll enrollment \- Salary paid 40% on the 15th and the remainder at month-end \- Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,750.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
