Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic conditions, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory diseases. **What You'll Do** The role is responsible for serving as the relational link between the company and the medical community across various healthcare institutions, such as hospitals, clinics, and private practices, conducting field visits to physicians across specialties and delivering value to the medical community through promotion of new products, provision of medical information, and distribution of pharmaceutical product samples. * Gain comprehensive knowledge of the environment, market, and customer profile within your assigned region to identify opportunities and implement differentiated actions. * Organize and optimally plan your weekly work schedule. * Effectively promote division products to the physician target audience under your responsibility. * Implement and execute promotional cycle strategies and activities. * Properly control and distribute medical samples and promotional materials, as well as record daily visits, strictly adhering to current procedures. * Optimize use of work tools (iPad, mobile phone, visuals, ACERCA, emailings, etc.). * Efficiently and effectively coordinate attendance at in-person and virtual events organized by the division, as assigned by your supervisor. * Promote and monitor stock turnover and sales at Inretail, horizontal pharmacies, and Neosalud. * Complete company trainings and certifications on time and as required. * Meet marketing budget and activity requirements. * Timely submit expense reports or other applicable reports via the company's official platforms. * Comply with company guidelines, policies, and processes, including Compliance, accounting, and others. **Required Qualifications** * Completed or incomplete technical and/or university education, preferably related to Health Sciences. * Minimum two years of experience in medical promotion is desirable. * Sales-related education is desirable.
