Position Summary: We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant with experience in labor legislation, IFRS, and ODOO to lead accounting operations, ensure tax compliance, and optimize financial processes. Implementation of process improvements **EDUCATION:** Certified Public Accountant (Mandatory). **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 6 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: · Expert-level knowledge of labor legislation and payroll calculation for MYPE (including reduced benefits, CTS, bonuses, and vacation entitlements under the REMYPE scale). · Solid understanding of current tax regulations and IFRS. · Advanced proficiency in ERP ODOO (mandatory). · Prior experience in construction, textile, or service sectors is desirable. **SKILLS:** · Leadership capability. · Strategic mindset. · Organization and planning. · Results orientation. · Effective communication and teamwork. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Lead and supervise the general accounting functions across group companies. 2\. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and financial projections. 3\. Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations. 4\. Manage, calculate, and optimize taxes for all three companies. 5\. Oversee monthly and annual tax filings with SUNAT. 6\. Lead monthly and annual accounting closing processes. 7\. Prepare and manage electronic payroll (T-Registration and PLAME) for a consolidated team of over 50 employees. 8\. Correctly apply labor benefits under REMYPE and the General Regime. Supervise calculations for CTS, bonuses, vacations, severance payments, and other social benefits. 9\. Respond to requests, audits, and inspections by SUNAT, SUNAFIL, and other regulatory entities. 10\. Supervise and guide the Accounting Assistant on a day-to-day basis. 11\. Monitor and analyze costs, expenses, and profitability across companies. 12\. Implement improvements in accounting and administrative processes. 13\. Prepare financial reports for Management. 14\.
