Job Description **This opportunity is exclusively for women.** At Grupo Plus, we are looking for a Content Manager Intern eager to grow within the communications and content field, working closely with leadership on strategic content planning and management for our brands. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support planning and organizing content for group brands. * Develop and manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with the team. * Write copy aligned with each brand’s tone and objectives. * Support conceptualizing content ideas (reels, posts, campaigns). * Coordinate with the creative team to ensure proper content execution. * Support publishing and monitoring content on social media. * Analyze basic metrics and generate simple performance reports. * Research trends, references, and content opportunities. * Ensure consistency among content, branding, and business objectives. **Candidate Profile** Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields. Interest in social media, digital content, and brand strategy. Strong writing skills, aesthetic judgment, and communication sense. Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. Proactive and eager to learn. **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of audiovisual content (recording, narrative, or video structure).
