At **Hergon S.A.**, we are looking for a **Document Control Assistant** for a project located in **Tambobamba \- Apurimac**, meeting the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in construction). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of construction document management is desirable. * Must reside in Cusco or Apurimac (mandatory) **Responsibilities** * Receive, register, distribute, and archive technical, administrative, and legal documents. * Ensure all documents are correctly coded, updated, and classified. * Provide quick and secure access to documentation required by work teams. * Report on document status. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment with full statutory benefits.
