We are looking for a **Cost Control Engineer** to collaborate with us on a construction project. If you have experience in cost control for construction projects (hotels, clinics, corporate buildings, etc.), we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in preparing detailed project budgets. * Conduct preliminary cost analyses to determine the project’s economic viability. * Prepare financial schedules aligned with project progress. * Perform cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and materials. * Identify and evaluate factors that may impact costs, such as fluctuations in material and labor prices. * Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals and contracts to ensure competitive pricing. * Manage and assess additional costs arising from changes in project scope. \- Review and approve change orders, ensuring they are justified and aligned with the budget. * Analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate spending efficiency. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction projects. **What We Offer:** * **Competitive market-aligned salary**. * **Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits**. * **Continuous training**: Training plans tailored to your role. * **Professional development**. **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you will not only find a job but also a place to grow.
