Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to place agreement-based loans, manage databases, and conduct sales and post-sales follow-up, with a focus on customer service. Key Highlights: 1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Generate placement of agreement-based loans: Personal Loans, Debt Purchase, and Re-engagement. Assigned to agreements (Essalud, Minsa, Ministries, among others). Manage the assigned database. Visit clients at various agreements and verify that they meet the required criteria. Conduct sales and post-sales follow-up and closure (loan disbursement). WE OFFER: Commissions starting from the first disbursed transaction. High commissions with no cap on income figures. Production-based incentives. Continuous training. Work or Internship Certificate. Experience in selling financial products and/or active sales. Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Laptop and internet access at home. Availability to perform fieldwork (as needed: client signatures and client promotion).
