Opportunity for growth within an expanding company **CUSTOMER SERVICE** **Barranco, Lima** We are looking for a warm, responsible, and service-oriented person to join our team. We are a gourmet store selling specialty coffee, where we believe in doing things well, providing close attention, and paying attention to details that make people feel good. We seek someone who enjoys serving customers, recommending products, and being part of an authentic hospitality experience. Main Responsibilities * Customer service and guidance in-store. * Sale of gourmet products, specialty coffee, and home goods. * Maintaining the store orderly, clean, and well-presented. * Restocking and product display. * Assisting in beverage preparation and service. * Recommending products and creating a warm, personalized experience for each customer. * Supporting store opening and closing procedures. * Cash handling (based on experience). Requirements * Experience in customer service, cafés, restaurants, retail, or similar roles. * Excellent service attitude and communication skills. * Passion for coffee, gastronomy, and quality products. * Organized, punctual, and proactive individual. * Availability to work weekends and holidays. Especially Valued * Barista knowledge. * Intermediate or basic English proficiency. * Interest in design, gastronomy, gourmet products, and the specialty coffee world.
