As a **Customer Service Agent** at Préstamo365, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include handling inquiries, providing efficient support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also be responsible for resolving incidents, processing requests, and helping improve customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, **on-site** position located in **San Isidro**. **Requirements** * Experience in customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction, with the ability to understand and resolve user needs. * Proficiency in managing customer experience and customer service, ensuring effective and professional communication. * Prior experience in call centers or similar customer-facing roles is highly valued. * Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities are highly desirable. * Basic knowledge of technological tools and motivation to learn and use new industry-specific platforms. **Benefits** * Full payroll from day one (all statutory benefits) * Career development path * Formal employment contract from day one * Fixed salary: 1,300 * Commissions: 300\-1,300 * Positive work environment * Full-time position Requirements: * Call center experience: minimum 6 months * Customer service agent (ATC) experience: minimum 6 months * Strong verbal and written communication skills Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.2,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
