You will provide telephone support via **inbound calls** to **Entel Chile – Mobile** customers, resolving: * Complaints and inquiries regarding mobile services. * Technical incidents. * Issues related to devices or lines. * Guidance and solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience. Training Selection Process * Modality: In-person. * All stages include evaluations. * **Welcome Bonus of S/ 40 per day of attendance at training** * Mon–Fri 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM Working Hours * In-person operations. * Afternoon shift. * Rotating schedule within the time frame of **12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.** * Workdays: **Monday through Sunday**, with **one rotating day off (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)**. * **8-hour workday \+ 1-hour break**.
