Job Summary: We are seeking a van driver to operate cargo vehicles, manage delivery logistics, and ensure excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible operation and driving of vans up to 6 tons 2. Efficient management of cargo, logistics, and delivery routes 3. Focus on timely delivery and customer service Operation and Driving Responsibilities * **Drive vans** or medium-sized trucks (up to 6 tons) while complying with traffic regulations. * **Inspect the vehicle** daily before departure (check oil, coolant, tires, and brakes). * **Report mechanical or maintenance issues** immediately to the transportation department. * **Maintain cleanliness** of the cab and assigned van. Cargo and Logistics Responsibilities * **Load merchandise** orderly inside the van to prevent damage during transit. * **Verify cargo** against the delivery guide before leaving the main warehouse. * **Plan efficient routes** using navigation apps to avoid congestion in Lima and Callao. * **Safeguard merchandise** throughout transit, ensuring van locks and seals remain secure. Delivery and Customer Service Responsibilities * **Deliver orders** punctually to customer or distributor locations. * **Obtain signatures** on delivery guides and invoices as proof of confirmed receipt. * **Handle rejections** or product returns by documenting incidents on relevant documents. * **Collect invoice payments** in cash or via payment apps when required by the company. * **Submit daily reports**, delivering collected funds and signed delivery guides to the warehouse at the end of each day. * BENEFITS:\-\- * Career Path\- * Contract effective on first day of work\- * Contract renewable every 03 months * Requirements * \-Minimum education: Secondary education\- * Valid documentation. * \-3 years of experience * \-Age: between 20 and 50 yearsEmployment type: Full-time, Permanent * Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- PLUS BONUS OF S/ 300\.00 for meeting objectives Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
