Job Description **We are a Peruvian company experiencing continuous growth, specializing in online betting and casino services. We seek a creative, proactive, and results-driven individual eager to take on new challenges and grow professionally alongside our team.** **You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, creating social media content, and collaborating closely with the sales team to increase customer acquisition, sales, and company revenue.** Main Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Design advertising content (images, banners, reels, stories, and videos). * Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts. * Manage generated leads and coordinate their follow-up with the sales team. * Monitor and support the performance of the online sales department. * Manage the CRM and optimize customer service and follow-up processes. * Analyze metrics and prepare reports to improve campaign performance. * Conduct A/B testing and propose new growth strategies. * Optimize advertising budgets to achieve the best return on investment. * Engage, advise, and convert leads into customers via WhatsApp and other digital platforms. Requirements * Experience in Digital Marketing. * Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Knowledge of design and editing using Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar tools. * Experience creating social media content. * Familiarity with CRM or similar platforms (preferred, not mandatory). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Experience in the sports betting industry (preferred, not mandatory).
