Experience in digital design or production and software proficiency **Digital Printing Machine Operator Designer** **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** · Digital designer or machine operator. · Intermediate-level design software proficiency. · Preferably with knowledge of self-adhesive label development and production or digital printing. · Ability to work under pressure. · Minimum 1 year of experience in digital design or production roles. · Availability to work HHEE. · Availability to work in Callao, preferably residing in nearby areas. **SKILLS:** · Teamwork-oriented. · Proactive. · Solution-driven. · Detail-oriented. · Analytical ability. · Organized. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Design review. · Assembly of digital layouts for production. · Coordination and collaboration with related departments. · RIP management for the printer. · Production scheduling management. **WE OFFER:** · Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits. · Training in digital printing and digital file handling. · Training in the RIP communication environment for file processing. · Training in production environments for label manufacturing and finishing. · Market-competitive remuneration. · Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7 AM – 7 PM; Friday, 7 AM – 11 AM. · Rotating day/night shifts (negotiable).
