We are looking for a **Digital Recruiter**, with a dynamic and business-oriented profile, eager to grow in the field of talent acquisition. What will be your responsibilities? * Conduct agency activities via TikTok Live. * Contact and follow up with represented content creators. * Promote our services. * Support digital strategies to attract talent and clients. What profile are we seeking? * Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service. * Strong communication skills and proactive attitude. * Basic social media proficiency (TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.). * Interest in human resources and recruitment. * Eagerness to learn and grow professionally. We will especially value if you: * Have previously recruited personnel (formally or informally). * Have created TikTok content or know how to attract an audience. * Enjoy challenges and goal-oriented work.
