Job Summary: CONCRETEC LOGISTIC S.A.C. is seeking a Customs Clearance Assistant to manage operational and documentary procedures at customs and related entities, ensuring accurate submission and tracking of import and export processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of operational and documentary customs procedures 2. Review and validation of documentation to prevent observations 3. We are looking for committed professionals for the position of Customs Clearance Assistant. **Main Responsibilities** * Report daily activities to the Clearance Manager, contributing to efficient work control and distribution. * Manage operational and documentary procedures at customs, maritime agencies, customs warehouses, and other related entities. * Review and validate documentation, as well as execute payments, ensuring correct submission and avoiding observations. * Conduct prior and physical inspection of goods, including sanitary inspections, guaranteeing accuracy of information and compliance with procedures. * Coordinate cargo entry and withdrawal (import and export), verifying conditions, stowage, and cargo conformity. * Manage import and export processes, including DUA numbering, regularization, and tracking of control channels. * Coordinate the retrieval of empty containers and report the status of procedures (e.g., GED) for operational planning. * Identify and resolve incidents during the clearance process, complying with protocols, deadlines, and accurate identification of actions. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education; Technical and/or University degree in International Trade, International Business, Customs, or related fields. * Desired experience * Knowledge of customs procedures (import and export). * Availability to perform field procedures. **Benefits** * Direct payroll enrollment from day one. * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, ESSALUD, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law). * Pleasant working environment.
