A prominent agro-industrial company is currently seeking Distribution Center Operators to work in the district of Lurín. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive incoming goods. * Properly store products. * Prepare orders (picking). * Assist in goods dispatch. **Requirements** * Must be of legal age. * Must have completed secondary education. * Experience not mandatory (warehouse, supermarket, or retail experience will be valued). * Availability to work under a 4x3 schedule (four working days followed by three days off). * Availability for rotating shifts (morning and night). **Benefits** * Remuneration: S/ 1,200\. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Food card worth S/ 187\. * Performance bonus of S/ 80\. * Overtime pay. * Family allowance (if applicable). * Transportation for entry and exit. * Health and education loans. * Training, growth, and professional development program. **Location** * Lurín, Lima.
