Position Summary: DIJISA S.A. seeks a professional to efficiently organize and supervise delivery operations, control costs, and propose logistics improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Organize and coordinate daily deliveries, ensuring on-time fulfillment. 2. Control operational costs and analyze efficiency for decision-making. 3. Propose and implement improvements to enhance departmental efficiency. We are **DIJISA S.A.**, one of the leading companies in the marketing and distribution of mass-consumption products across Southern Lima, Central, and Eastern regions, representing major mass-consumption brands (Procter \& Gamble, Molitalia, Clorox, Protisa, Rinti, etc. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate and/or Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with specialization in Logistics (DESIRABLE) * Desired experience in fleet/distribution area (PREFERRED in mass-consumption sector) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **FUNCTIONS:** * Organize deliveries according to the daily consolidation report. * Coordinate necessary actions to ensure effective control and supervision of deliveries, meeting deadlines and avoiding losses. * Establish and monitor schedules and estimated timeframes for various delivery tasks. * Control delivery operation costs. * Coordinate with the commercial department regarding order fulfillment. * Analyze efficiency reports to support decision-making related to rejections. * Analyze fleet fuel consumption performance to ensure adequate supply. * Propose and implement necessary improvements to enhance departmental efficiency. **COMPETENCIES:** * Personnel management * Planning and organizational skills * Customer orientation * Results orientation **BENEFITS:** * Job stability * Financial subsidy * FOLA insurance * Professional development opportunities **DON'T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR FAMILY!** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
