POSITION: CAD DRAFTER \- CUSTOMER SERVICE **Primary Objective** Convert customer ideas into technical files (DXF) ready for laser cutting and manage daily sales/quotations. Key Responsibilities * **Technical Drawing:** Create 2D/3D drawings in **AutoCAD** from samples or sketches. * **CNC Preparation:** Clean DXF files and calculate sheet metal developments (bending). * **Sales and Quotation:** Assist customers, recommend materials (steel thicknesses/types), and provide quick pricing. * **Delivery Control:** Coordinate with the laser operator and provide realistic pickup dates to customers. Requirements * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** (Mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in **INVENTOR**. * Experience in **Metalworking**. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
