We are the educational institution **Loris Malaguzzi School**, offering an innovative proposal grounded in the **Reggio Emilia** philosophy. We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Educator committed to respectful and meaningful education. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and deliver sessions according to the institution’s pedagogical model. * Design playful activities that foster holistic development. * Provide emotional and pedagogical support to children. * Prepare records, reports, and pedagogical materials. * Participate in institutional activities and collaborative teamwork. **Requirements:** * Degree in Early Childhood Education (Mandatory). * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in early childhood education (Preferred). * Knowledge of Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or other socio-constructivist approaches. * Classroom management with a respectful approach. * Basic proficiency in digital tools (Meet, Zoom, Office, etc.). * Profile: empathetic, creative, organized, proactive, and responsible. \- Submit an updated CV. **NOTE:** Must reside in SJL or adjacent areas.
