**Responsibilities:** * Log entry into the system and report to maintenance supervisors; record each start and completion of maintenance service. * Perform elevator maintenance according to schedule, using appropriate tools and PPE. * Inspect elevators and ensure they are in good condition and properly adjusted. * Review equipment service orders (history) prior to performing maintenance. * Provide advisory support to customers during maintenance, if required. * Record maintenance observations on the “Service Order,” where applicable. * Generate service orders in the system and ensure customer signatures are obtained to proceed with corresponding billing. * Support the Breakdowns and Malfunctions department, if necessary. * Submit mobility reports to the Maintenance Technical Leader on the specified date. * Complete the ATS correctly, identifying hazards and risks associated with the activity. * Possess full PPE appropriate for the task and use it properly. * Report any unsafe conditions present in the building where work is performed. * Review equipment service orders (history) prior to performing maintenance. * Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors. **Requirements:** * Graduate of Industrial Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Electrotechnology, Electrical Mechanics, or related fields **(mandatory).** * Technical knowledge of elevators. **(mandatory).** * Technical mechanical knowledge in maintenance, electronics, or related fields. **(mandatory).** Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in elevator maintenance/installation? * Please indicate your salary expectation. * Please provide your WhatsApp/call number. * What is your academic degree?
