At **SIGA MEDIC**, a Peruvian company specializing in occupational health services with nationwide presence, we are currently seeking a licensed **Occupational Nursing Professional** to join our **Medical Surveillance** team.
Main Responsibilities
Medical surveillance and clinical follow-up
* Conduct occupational medical surveillance activities in accordance with current Occupational Safety and Health regulations and internal protocols.
* Manage and maintain up-to-date the database of workers enrolled in medical surveillance programs.
* Verify compliance with periodic medical re-evaluations and occupational controls.
* Identify medical alerts, deviations, and risk cases for timely referral to the Occupational Physician.
* Monitor compliance with preventive interventions.
* Monitor workers with medical restrictions or chronic illnesses.
Epidemiological surveillance and prevention
* Implement activities related to occupational epidemiological surveillance protocols.
* Participate in preventive campaigns and health promotion programs (e.g., nutrition, immunization, among others).
* Support consolidation and analysis of epidemiological indicators.
* Manage critical risks identified within the workforce.
Document management and indicators
* Manage documentation related to occupational medical surveillance.
* Maintain updated matrices, records, and service indicators.
* Prepare technical reports, management reports, and monitoring dashboards.
* Verify documentary compliance required for internal and external audits.
* Ensure traceability and confidentiality of occupational medical information.
* Consolidate medical management indicators and prepare statistical reports and trend analyses.
* Monitor compliance with the Annual Occupational Health Plan.
Coordination and operational support
* Coordinate with medical departments, operations, human resources, and corporate clients.
* Provide technical and operational support in implementing occupational health programs.
* Manage formal communications related to occupational medical follow-up.
* Maintain organized and readily available documentation for audits.
Requirements
* Licensed Nurse, duly graduated and registered with the professional association.
* Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health (**mandatory**).
* Minimum of **3 years** of experience in occupational health or medical surveillance.
* Experience in:
* Follow-up of occupational medical cases.
* Epidemiological surveillance programs.
* Preventive campaigns.
* Critical risk management.
* Monitoring of workers with restrictions or chronic illnesses.
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (**mandatory**).
Additional qualifications considered favorably
* Proficiency in **Power BI**.
Position Conditions
* **Work modality:** Hybrid (onsite Monday to Friday; remote work on Saturdays).
* **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, **8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.**
