Job Summary: We are seeking a person to support the search for and evaluation of commercial sites and potential locations for opening new channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. If you have fieldwork experience and are interested in identifying areas with commercial potential, this could be an opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Search for commercial sites and potential locations. * Conduct commercial analysis of identified areas. * Gather information on customer traffic, competition, and commercial conditions. * Submit site proposals according to the format and workflow established by the company. * Coordinate with branches and relevant departments to validate proposed sites. * Follow up on proposals until validation or rejection. * Update and report on identified, observed, approved, and rejected sites. **Profile:** * Technical studies in Administration or related fields *(not mandatory)*. * Completed secondary education as a minimum. * Fieldwork experience. * Experience in real estate leasing *(preferred but not mandatory)*. **Economic Conditions:** * Monthly salary: **S/ 1,130** Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
