Job Summary: Dispatch Operator for electrical panel manufacturing, responsible for identifying, packing, and managing finished products for shipment. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and organization **COMPANY DEDICATED TO ELECTRICAL PANEL MANUFACTURING IS SEEKING A DISPATCH OPERATOR.** **WORK LOCATION: CALLAO / AV. COLONIAL.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Experience in dispatch area handling pallets and/or forklifts. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:45 PM (FIXED SCHEDULE) * Responsible, organized individuals with ability to work in a team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify finished products (panels) to be dispatched to various customers according to instructions from the production planner and/or Operations Manager. * Pack finished products according to the work schedule provided by the production planner. * Notify the Administrative Assistant that products are ready for delivery to the company's various customers. * Take photos of packed panels before and after loading onto trucks; these photos must be submitted to the Administrative Assistant for proper archiving. * Approve products loaded onto trucks and/or vans by stamping the shipping guide with the conformity seal, ensuring alignment with the issued guide. * Transport materials within the plant using forklifts and/or stockers. * Store tools, clean, and maintain an orderly workplace. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Salary commensurate with the labor market. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits including profit sharing, CTS, bonus payments, ESSALUD, family allowance, and other internal benefits. * Pleasant work environment. * Uniform and safety equipment. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES WHO MEET THE REQUIRED PROFILE SHOULD SEND THEIR CV TO segethmed@gmail.com.
