Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise field production, procedural compliance, and work scheduling for road maintenance and emergency response. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verify field production, equipment performance, personnel, and materials. 2. Supervise subcontractors' and SMEs' compliance with procedures. 3. Prepare and schedule material, personnel, and equipment supply.
