Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to ensure the operational performance of medical equipment through installation, maintenance, and follow-up activities within the healthcare sector. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER RESIDING IN LIMA WITH NATIONAL TRAVEL AVAILABILITY**, whose mission is to guarantee the operational performance of equipment supplied by the company through installation, de-installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, follow-up, and other related tasks. **Requirements:** * Licensed, registered, and authorized in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering (**mandatory requirement**). * Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing similar duties in healthcare-sector companies, providing technical support for laboratory equipment. * Technical and operational knowledge and experience with medical and clinical diagnostic equipment. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Must reside in Lima. * Availability for nationwide travel. * Availability to perform technical on-call duties as scheduled and required by service needs. **Desired Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Planning and organizational skills. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. **We Offer:** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Monthly mobility allowance. * Compensation for on-call duties. * 100% coverage under the EPS supplementary health plan from the start of employment. * Statutory profit-sharing.
