Participation in accounting closings and preparation of reports **Fleet Accounting Analyst** At **CSI Renting**, we are seeking a **Fleet Accounting Analyst** to join our team. **Job Objective** Analyze, record, and control accounting transactions related to the fleet vehicle business, ensuring appropriate classification of costs, expenses, provisions, recoveries, and accruals, as well as timely support during financial closings. **Main Responsibilities** * Validate and record fleet-related invoices in SAP. * Analyze accounting accounts for insurance, expenses, recoveries, expense reports, and other related items. * Calculate and record provisions for insurance, SOAT, vehicle tax, maintenance, deductibles, fines, and recoveries. * Monitor prepaid payments and accruals for vehicle insurance and policies. * Manage billing and tracking of recoveries and fines. * Classify business costs and expenses under local accounting standards and USGAAP. * Participate in accounting closings and prepare reports, appendices, and variance analyses. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting analysis, provisions, expense accounts, or monthly closings. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate SAP proficiency. * Knowledge of IFRS, Peruvian taxation, provisions, and accruals. * Experience in fleet vehicle, automotive, leasing, renting, insurance, or asset-intensive businesses is preferred. * Knowledge of USGAAP, IFRS 16, Power BI, or SAP Business One is desirable. **Benefits** * Indefinite-term employment contract from day one. * All statutory benefits. * 100% EPS coverage for the employee and dependents. * Annual performance bonus. * Ongoing training opportunities.
