Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to manage purchase requests, coordinate with suppliers and internal departments, and conduct price analysis and forecasting. Key Highlights: 1. Role requiring coordination skills, teamwork, and efficient problem-solving **Procurement Assistant – FMCG Sector** We are currently looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our team. Requirements: * Technician or graduate in Administration or related fields. * 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain (FMCG experience preferred). * Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes. * Experience working with suppliers. * ERP system knowledge (not mandatory). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM / Saturday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Responsibilities: * Prepare and track purchase requests. * Maintain consistent communication with suppliers. * Coordinate and implement promotional activities. * Maintain ongoing coordination with various company departments. * Perform monthly purchase forecasts at month-end. * Price analysis. * Other duties as assigned within the department.
