Flexible and remote hourly work On behalf of a prominent Recruitment and Selection consulting firm, we are looking for a Project-Based Mass Recruitment Freelancer for a major Telecommunications company account. Requirements: * Professionals with degrees in Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering * Minimum 6 months of experience in mass recruitment * Experience managing independent job boards * Preferably possessing a candidate database * Availability to work remotely from Monday to Friday on an hourly basis (according to personal time availability) Benefits: * Commission per recruited and hired candidate * Opportunity to manage other accounts in the medium term Position Type: Freelance Salary: S/.1,000.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How much experience do you have in the recruitment and selection field? * Which profiles have you recruited? * How many positions have you closed in one month? * Are you available to work as a Freelancer? * Do you agree to payment by commission per closed process?
