Main Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, warm, and professional dental care to patients. Perform treatments according to specialty: prophylaxis, restorations, whitening, extractions, among others. Strictly adhere to the clinic's established patient care and biosafety protocols. Prepare clear and accurate treatment estimates to promote treatment acceptance. Contribute to patient acquisition and retention. Participate in creating content for institutional social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok). Requirements: Professional degree as Dental Surgeon or Dentist issued by an accredited university. Valid professional registration and license. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general dentistry. Diploma or specialization (active COP or valid RNE or pending application), as applicable to the position. Strong clinical, communication, and detail-oriented skills. Offered: Formal employment with all statutory benefits. Fixed salary plus bonuses: General Dentist: S/ 3,300 Additional performance- and patient-acquisition-based bonuses.
