We are currently seeking 01 **GENERAL PHYSICIAN\-PRIMARY CARE** for the Alberto Barton Polyclinic.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* University graduate in Medicine (licensed and authorized to practice)
* Diplomas or courses in primary healthcare, family medicine, and basic CPR
* Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office
* Minimum of **3 years** of experience in health centers, clinics, or hospitals (calculated from date of degree issuance)
* Experience in Primary Care
* Availability to work in Callao (Alberto Barton Polyclinic)
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Perform medical procedures, formulate diagnoses, conduct examinations, and prescribe treatments for patients
* Refer patients to hospital-based specialists when required, following established referral protocols and regulations
* Issue attendance certificates, CITT forms, and any other documentation required under current regulations
* Record daily medical encounters in the electronic medical record and prepare medical reports
* Provide detailed and truthful information to patients and their families regarding the patient's condition, prognosis, and disease progression
* Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per month
