Position Summary: Clínica Monteluz is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment, with strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment 2. Carry out various repair tasks such as installation of sanitary fixtures and painting 3. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical studies in electrical, electronics, or related fields (incomplete) * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Full availability to perform multifunctional work. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, welding, drywall, infrastructure maintenance (desirable) * Basic Excel **FUNCTIONS:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations (lighting fixtures and outlets) * Repair various equipment including fans, televisions, vacuum pumps, among others. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure. * Address the list of required tasks such as: installation of sanitary fixtures, painting, drywall installation, basic preventive maintenance of medical equipment, etc. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** * Problem-solving ability * Excellent communication * Teamwork * Empathy * Willingness and positive attitude * Adaptability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you currently reside? * Are you immediately available to work at the Ov de Zapallal \- Puente Piedra location? * Do you have experience in this field?
