Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Supervisor to plan and supervise infrastructure maintenance, manage resources, vendors, and the department's budget. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead work teams and supervise general services. 2. Promote continuous improvement and compliance with safety standards. 3. Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. At ALPA, a logistics services company with over 20 years of market experience, we are currently seeking a **GENERAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR** to work at our warehouse in Lurín. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Fluid Mechanics, or related fields. * Additional training in Maintenance Planning and Control, General Services Management, Electrical Installations, Working at Heights, and Hot Work. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading work teams. * Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience as a coordinator/supervisor or in similar positions. * Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel. * Residence in areas near Lurín (desirable) JOB FUNCTIONS: * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and facilities. * Manage resource allocation for facility execution and operation. * Administer and supervise maintenance and general services vendors. * Monitor the condition of infrastructure, furniture, and physical assets through periodic inspections. * Manage the budget, resources, and requirements of the General Services department. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with facility safety standards.
