Responsibilities: * Create attractive and creative graphic designs for printed and digital materials, such as brochures, posters, social media ads, presentations, etc. * Design images and graphics to enhance the visual experience of our learning materials. * Edit and produce promotional, educational, and explanatory videos for our website and social media channels. * Collaborate closely with the marketing and education teams to understand design needs and objectives. * Stay updated on graphic design and video editing trends and best practices. Requirements: * Proven experience in graphic design and video editing. * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. * Ability to create and edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc. * Creativity and attention to detail in design. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Passion for education and promoting literacy. * Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret and execute creative briefs.
