If you have grilling experience, passion for gastronomy, and enjoy working collaboratively, **this opportunity is for you!** What will be your main responsibilities? * Prepare and cook meats, side dishes, and other items according to LongHorn recipes and standards. * Properly prepare, organize, and maintain the grill station before, during, and after service. * Monitor cooking times and doneness levels of products. * Verify quality, storage conditions, and proper handling of ingredients. * Keep the workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Comply with hygiene procedures, food handling protocols, and food safety standards. * Coordinate with kitchen and dining room staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Contribute to appropriate ingredient usage and waste reduction.
