We are looking for a **GRILL COOK** to join our team at our restaurant located in **San Isidro**. **Work Location:** San Isidro **Position:** Grill Cook **Employment Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts Main Responsibilities * Prepare and cook meats, chicken, and other products on the grill following established recipes and standards. * Properly prepare and organize your workstation (mise en place). * Monitor cooking times and doneness levels to ensure product quality and presentation. * Verify the quality and condition of ingredients prior to preparation. * Keep the grill, utensils, equipment, and workstation clean and organized. * Comply with food handling and storage procedures. * Minimize waste through proper usage and portioning of products. * Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. * Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations. * Support various kitchen activities as required by operational needs.
