Ongoing service evaluation for high quality A 5-star hotel company seeks to add the following to its staff: * Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position * Intermediate–Advanced English (Mandatory) * Experience with the Opera system preferred * Availability for rotating shifts ***Responsibilities:*** * Assist guests with any requests or information they need * Manage check-in and check-out services * Provide information in response to guest questions or inquiries * Process reservations requested by guests * Continuously evaluate service delivered to customers * Monitor compliance with established standards * Perform other duties assigned by management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
