If you are passionate about human resource management, labor compliance, and building an excellent work environment… this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** Administer and execute personnel management processes across operational, administrative, and human development areas, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a positive work environment aligned with our values and strategic objectives. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** *Labor Management and Payroll* * Apply current labor legislation and address SUNAFIL requirements. * Manage personnel files, contracts, and documentation. * Register hires and terminations in T\-Registro and MINTRA platforms. * Calculate payroll, CTS, bonuses, vacations, and provisions. * File AFP and PDT 601 – PLAME declarations. * Coordinate insurance (SCTR, Life Insurance) and subsidies with ESSALUD. * Review time sheets, attendance records, overtime, and vacation periods. *Talent Acquisition, Development, and Organizational Climate* * Manage competency-based recruitment and selection processes. * Implement onboarding and mentoring programs for new hires. * Coordinate performance evaluations and individual development plans. * Develop and manage the Annual Training Plan. * Measure and improve workplace climate through surveys and wellness initiatives. * Organize integration activities, recognition programs, and corporate culture events. *Administrative Support and Internal Communication* * Prepare HR department management reports and KPIs. * Ensure confidentiality of employee information. * Provide support to employees, supervisors, and management. ***POSITION PROFILE:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management. ***EXPERIENCE:*** Minimum **2 years** of proven experience in Human Resources and Payroll. ***REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:*** * Labor legislation and administrative processes. * Competency-based recruitment and talent development. * Proficiency in platforms: STARSOFT, ESSALUD, AFPNet, SUNAT. * Intermediate-level Excel and digital management tools. ***WHAT WE OFFER:*** * Employment with a solid, industry-leading company. * Opportunities for professional growth. * A collaborative, well-being-oriented culture. * All statutory benefits.
