




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, selection, personnel administration, and document control, supporting various operational functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages recruitment and personnel selection. 2. Administers personnel documentation and contracts. 3. Supports ESSALUD procedures and uniform control. **1. REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical graduates in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in related functions. \- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). \- Knowledge of subsidies (ESSALUD). \- Knowledge of Canva. **2. RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Responsible for recruitment, personnel selection, and onboarding processes. \- Processing of VIDA LEY. \- Administration and organization of personnel files. \- Monitoring expiration dates and drafting employment contracts. \- Vacation control in coordination with the Operations Management. \- Sending pay slips via email. \- Drafting memoranda. \- Assisting in verification and control of medical leave documents submitted by personnel. \- Supporting ESSALUD-related procedures. \- Uniform stock control. \- Designing flyers for holidays. \- Other HR-related tasks. **3.
