Opportunity to work with AI and prompt engineering tools. **Job Description** ---------------------- Support the HRBP in human resource management initiatives, aligning people-related actions with business objectives through analysis and monitoring of key indicators. Support the execution of human resource management processes (talent, performance, and climate). Monitor departmental indicators and reports to support decision-making. Coordinate and track initiatives with leaders and client teams. Provide administrative and logistical support for culture and development projects. Collect and analyze information to identify opportunities for improvement in people management. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Interest in developing a career in Human Resources and Talent Management. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office 365. * Experience with prompt engineering and AI tools (desirable). * Competencies: effective communication, analytical ability, proactivity, and attention to detail.
