




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with experience in retail recruitment, focused on organizational climate, culture, and well-being, managing national and international selection processes and providing comprehensive support to the Talent Management area. The candidate will manage national and international selection processes, as well as provide comprehensive support to the Talent Management area for Peru and Mexico. Requirements \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, especially in the retail sector. \- Experience in mass hiring, administrative and operational profiles. \- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. \- Knowledge of organizational climate and culture. \- Proficiency in competency-based interviews and psychological assessments. \- Experience developing metrics, reports, and organizational climate surveys. \- Knowledge of conflict management and support during behavioral incidents. \- Experience supporting labor inspections. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools. Responsibilities \- Execute national and international (Peru and Mexico) recruitment and selection processes. \- Post job vacancies, conduct resume screening and interviews. \- Administer psychological and competency-based assessments. \- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes. \- Monitor inductions and employee adaptation. \- Coordinate uniform and work equipment distribution. \- Support organizational climate and culture initiatives. \- Conduct climate surveys and analyze results. \- Develop HR performance indicators, metrics, and reports. \- Support internal investigations and conflict management. \- Provide support during labor-related behavioral incidents. \- Coordinate integration and well-being events. \- Identify and manage corporate agreements for employee benefits. \- Address employee inquiries and provide ongoing support. \- Collaborate closely with the Talent Management Assistant and Talent Management Head.
