Work Location: CERRO VERDE MINING UNIT - AREQUIPA Work Modality: On-site Requirements: * Graduate in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields from the Cerro Verde Mining Unit * Experience as a Human Resources Assistant at the Cerro Verde Mining Unit (Mandatory) * Experience in recruitment and selection processes for OPERARIOS ANDAMIEROS (Scaffolding Workers) * Experience in personnel accreditation and authorization (e.g., Tecsup courses, medical examinations, etc.) * Knowledge of personnel administration (employment contracts, personnel files, document control, hiring and termination procedures) * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office * Availability to work on-site at the Cerro Verde Mining Unit OFFERED: * Compensation - To be determined based on evaluation * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Modality: 100% on-site We invite you to join our team!
