Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages attendance and working hours tracking for staff. 2. Keeps employee contracts and personnel files up to date. 3. Handles staff inquiries regarding employment status and benefits. Join Our Team! At Clínica Jesús del Norte, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. What Are We Looking For? Technical or university degree in Administration or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of attendance control, working hours, and incident management. Basic knowledge of labor legislation. Experience or knowledge in contract and personnel documentation management. Knowledge of payroll calculation and social benefits. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desirable: Experience with attendance control systems and ERP systems. Main Functions: Monitor and validate staff attendance, working hours, and incidents. Consolidate information for payroll processing. Manage and maintain up-to-date contracts, personnel files, and employee records. Support the calculation and monitoring of social benefits. Prepare reports on vacations, working hours, tardiness, absences, and other HR performance indicators. Handle staff inquiries related to employment status and benefits.
