Job Summary:
A professional with experience in human resources management and personnel administration in the civil construction sector, responsible for onboarding, offboarding, daily timekeeping, and payroll settlements.
Key Highlights:
1. Over 2 years of experience in the civil construction sector.
2. Comprehensive management of T-Registration, employment contracts, and payroll settlements.
3. Coordination of Occupational Medical Examinations (EMOs) and handling of subsidies and mandatory SCTR insurance (Supplementary Risk Work Insurance).
Bachelor's degree or professional title in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
* **Over 2 years of experience.**
* **Knowledge of the Special Regime for Civil Construction.**
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Timely processing of employee onboarding and offboarding in SUNAT's T\-Registration system.
* Preparation and maintenance of up-to-date digital and physical employee files (fixed-term contracts, sworn statements, background checks).
* Coordination with supervisors to receive and process daily timekeeping records.
* Support in weekly payroll settlement for blue-collar workers, considering daily wage payments, proportional bonuses, and currently applicable special bonuses.
* Provide support in calculating the CTS (Compensatory Time Savings).
* Assist in filing PDT PLAME tax returns and AFPnet contribution withholding payroll forms.
* Conduct mass recruitment campaigns in project influence zones to fill positions such as machinery operators, skilled workers, and laborers.
* Coordinate scheduling and follow-up of Occupational Medical Examinations (EMOs) for entry, periodic, and exit purposes.
* Manage sickness/maternity subsidies through EsSalud and monitor validity of mandatory SCTR insurance (Supplementary Risk Work Insurance), which is essential for accessing construction sites.
